Green Week
A sustainability-oriented event week organized annually for KTH students by KTH students.
This year marks the fourth annual Green Week.
It will take place during week 20, between the 16th and 20th of may. Depending on the circumstances it might be extended into week 21.
Our VISION is to create a better future for students, businesses and the world by connecting young talents with today’s leading actors within sustainability. Green Week is the main platform for KTH students to get inspired and learn about sustainability. In addition to that, students get the opportunity to network with professionals working in different companies related to sustainability. This year's edition is the fourth annual Green Week to be organized and due to the previously large interest in Green Week it is currently the biggest and most prestigious project at THS Future.
The RECRUITMENT is currently in progress. As a member of the Green Week Team you get the opportunity to work with a competent team in organizing corporate events. The project will help you develop your skills within marketing, sales and logistics in a supportive team of collaborators. As a part of the Green Week team you get to work in an international environment with a diverse group of KTH students.

The Green Week team of 2022 values teamwork. It is important to us that everyone feels safe to bring their own thoughts to the table and express their ideas. Furthermore, we can guarantee that we will always help each other out. We are a team!
The SALES department of the Green Week Team is mainly focused on the business relations of Green Week. They get in touch with possible collaborators and keep a continuous dialogue with them through the entirety of the project. In this division you get to practice communication, negotiation and upholding business contacts in a competent team.
The LOGISTICS team are mainly responsible for the handling of resources, such as premises, scheduling and catering. They are especially important for the overall organization of the event. In this group you get to be systematic, organized and creative together with like-minded students.
The MARKETING division is in charge of the public relations plan and the marketing plan for Green Week. They are also responsible for social media. In this division you get to be creative, strategic and social in an accepting team of ambitious students.
INSPIRE
Inspire students through lunch lectures or arrange visits to your office. Share your view on sustainability and give students insights in how they can work with sustainability at your company.
ENGAGE
Engage with students through workshops or case nights. Get students to work on projects and practice skills required in your business. Otherwise, show the students how you approach and solve a case.
SUSTAINABILITY
At Green Week we are making sustainable choices. We are a hardworking team of students that collaborate and strive to achieve the certification of “Miljömärkt event” for Green Week.

About us

Green Week has previously been a European Commission Partner Event as well as an eco-labelled event by Keep Sweden Tidy. We are currently working on the partnerships for 2022 as well! |
We, as the Green Week team, believe in the high importance of sustainability in today’s business world. We want to encourage discussion about corporate sustainability and raise awareness among KTH students about sustainable practices in different sectors of the corporate world. We hope to inspire and improve the general understanding of the topic to find solutions to both current and future environmental, economic and social challenges and help build greener societies.
If you work for an organization that actively works with the topic of sustainability and aspire to reach out to young talents at KTH, please do not hesitate to contact us!
